MindFrame is a company whom is dedicated to “making its' customers day”. MindFrame intends to do this by giving its customers an “experience” during every transaction. The company started early in 2010 after its founders J. DuJuan McDaniel Sr. Pres. and Jessica Moore McDaniel VP attended several night spots in the Orlando area. Both were extremely disappointed about the each outing for several different reasons. On each of the the rides home they began talking about what each could have done differently to give them an experience, which they both agreed, that is ultimately the reason that they would return. After a couple of conversations they decided that they should start hosting events. However, both Mr. and Mrs. McDaniel were reluctant to jumping into the industry to do the same thing and use the same ideas that everyone else has. They both wanted to do something different. They wanted their customers to have an “experience”, something that was lacking in the Orlando area, but was very much needed. Anytime a customer was to enter into an event, they thought that it should “change the frame of mind” that person was in. In essence it would be different, a new way of looking at things, thus MindFrame was born.

Because both are in the world of business they tend to look at things in a different view. They both believe that a companies real success comes from the perception from its customers. They both also feel that a companies real sustainable advantage is consistently outperforming the competition. As you may notice, both founders have many skills that could help any company grow. However, they found themselves puzzled because neither of them have a lot of skills in the entertainment industry. That obstacle did not stop the two, instead they decided to hurdle over it. They began to think about what they wanted to do and decided to build their company by observing the competition and executing a plan that was more efficient and effective.
